Dr. Lyndsey Osler is a chiropractor dedicated to delivering evidence-based care and exercise-focused treatments to reduce pain, restore function and keep people moving their best. Her involvement in sport inspired her to pursue a career that bridges performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health.
She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has additional training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and extensive experience working with athletes in hockey, football, rugby and wrestling.
In practice, Lyndsey is committed to providing individualized, patient-centred care, combining joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue therapy, cupping, electroacupuncture, clinical and athletic taping, and tailored rehabilitation and strengthening programs. She is dedicated to continuously learning and developing her clinical skills while helping patients of all walks of life move and feel their best.
