Carolina works with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and grounded in empathy and collaboration. She draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
